Fantastic stay in a great location
Very comfortable and spacious room, enough for two of us to unpack our luggages and items. Bathroom is very well equipped with all the amenities one would expect. Easy check in and check out process. Location is fantastic - located in central Ginza with an easy walk everywhere or a short train ride away with a subway entrance right next to it, yet it's on a quieter part of the street so it's not hectic, and it has numerous konbinis nearby to grab a snack or two. Will definitely consider to stay here again.
Nothing much, except they should consider adding more washing machines - there's four of them right now and it's always occupied by somebody else in the evening, so you will have to plan way in advance to do laundry. The washing machines also take too long to wash and dry clothes - 150-180 minutes per run is too much for barely soiled clothing items.

Very Good
The hotel was clean and comfortable. We arrived early and were able to drop our bags off before exploring Tokyo. The location is excellent with quite a few metro stations nearby that would take you to the main Tokyo places of interest. The area is relatively quiet in comparison to most of Tokyo which suited us.

Really nice hotel.
Bed was very comfortable and you could choose different pillows if you liked. The room had a massage chair in it which was awesome. 10 minute walk to multiple train lines. Multiple convenience stores very close.
There are only four washing machines for the whole hotel which were always busy or broken. But there is a laundromat about 10 minutes away that's really nice, Baluko laundry place. Ginza is a more upscale place. So it's very pretty but lots of stores I can't afford.
